Pattern & Core Box acquisition: Seneca Foundry has a long history with top-notch pattern makers. Our pre-production assistance extends beyond casting design and developing manufacturability into the material selection, pattern acquisition, sampling, layout, and quality certifications. Offering a variety of cast iron molding processes (green sand, lost foam, and no-bake) allows us to give the customer the best solution for their casting needs.

We use SolidWorks 2019 3D modeling software, SolidCast solidification software, and FlowCast fluid analysis software prior to production.
